The Southlands Estate features many state of the art technology for high speed networking, pro audio, video, security, window blinds and remote access.    The entire house is wired with CAT 5E cabling providing 1000BaseT ethernet throughout.   Several WiFi access points are provided to ensure ubiquitous wireless access.

The 3rd floor theatre is a masterpiece audio visual experience with two independent 7.1 projector and 5.1 flat screen systems.   Flat Screen systems are also provided in the main house family room, main house master bedroom, main house downstairs bedroom and carriage house downstairs den/bedroom.  

All audio and videos system are AirPlay compatible and can be controlled by any IOS device.   The heating systems, lighting systems, theater heat pump and window blinds can also be controlled by any IOS device.
