Southlands Estate - Lighting and Plumbing

The Southlands Estates is outfitted with top of the line electrical and plumbing fixture throughout the main house, carriage house and observatory tower.   

A comprehensive Lutron RadioRA2 system is used to control the scene lighting, path lighting, motorized window shades, garage doors and entry gates.   All RadioRA2 devices can be controlled locally or over the web using an ios or android device.  

The various electrical fixtures were selected by professional designers and feature BOCCI chandeliers, swarovski chandeliers and Restoration Hardware chandeliers.

Similarly, the kitchen, bathroom and laundry fixtures were selected by professionals.  The estate features an centrally located upstairs laundry room in the Observatory Tower and downstairs laundry room in the main house.
