Southlands Estate - Heating and Air Conditioning
HIGH EFFICIENCY IN FLOor HEATING · DUAL AC ·HEAT PUMP
The Southlands Estate has two high efficiency boilers (installed December 2015) for radiant in-floor heating; one dedicated for the main house and one for the carriage house and observatory tower. A separate heat pump is used for both the heating and air conditioning in the tower theatre.
The main house also feature a dual forced air Air Conditioning (AC) system, one for each floor.

- Office - Gas
